Who We Are

CFA was established in June, 2000 as a treatment provider of specific sex offender therapy to the Washington, D.C. area. The design of our program is predicated upon the competent evaluation of each offender focusing on both the risks and needs of the sexual abuser, as well as identifying factors from social history, mental status exam, and psychosocial test assessment which may contribute to sexual deviance. The preparation of an individualized treatment plan with specific recommendations regarding the intensity of intervention, specific treatment protocol needed, amenability to treatment, as well as the identified risk that the abuser poses to the community are also considerations.
